Storytelling is what I do. And I love helping writers bring their stories to life.

I received my MFA in Screenwriting from Boston University, which really shaped my expertise in crafting compelling stories and dynamic characters. I then taught storytelling at Boston University for many years, teaching undergraduate students the importance of structure, characterization, pacing, tension building, stakes, and the overall meaning and heart behind a story.

 

My debut YA Fantasy novel, Awakened, was released in September 2021. I was also named a finalist in Book Pipeline’s Unpublished contest with a different YA Fantasy manuscript. I’ve been working as an editor in fiction and nonfiction for nearly ten years, allowing me to bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients.
